The system that I’ve designed, called Fieldnotes, is an online writing, collection, ideation, and storage space for Millennial Citizen Journalists. It includes tools to help them sort through research and existing writing on subject matters of their choosing, as well as spaces in which they can compose drafts, take notes, and plan written arguments. Fieldnotes provides a space where citizen journalists can research, plan, and compose before publishing their writing. These video clips are meant to sequentially demonstrate one possible user path through the system.
